Medicaid

Medicaid expansion would make health coverage available to millions of low-income Americans in 2014 and is a key part of the Affordable Care Act. However the Supreme Court ruled that states could not be forced to participate in the expansion. The Missouri and Illinois legislatures will take up Medicaid expansion in their upcoming sessions.
